With a Costa Rican heritage the artist, Harriet Muller, has a vibrant sense of colour and her Latin American roots are manifested in the magical realism aspects of her work. She has studied widely in the arts including Fine Art at the University of Seville and has an MA in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge. She has exhibited in London, Cambridge, Seville, Moscow and San José, Costa Rica. In 2011 she was Artist in Residence at the Ellern Mede Centre in London.
